Chat rules, reporting and restrictions
Use global chat for useful conversations. Do not spam, harass people, promote scams or request private account credentials. Report a message when a moderator needs to review it.
A report does not ban anyone by itself: a moderator reviews each one. Automatic screening runs separately. A severe message is blocked and earns a strike, three strikes block global chat, and an extreme message blocks it straight away. Only an administrator can restore access, and the restricted screen keeps a support link for questions about the decision.
